- RMA Requirement: Prior to returning any purchases, customers are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To initiate this process, please contact our customer support team.
- Warranty Returns: For items being returned under warranty, please refer to our Warranty Policy for specific instructions.
- Mistaken Shipments: In the event that we mistakenly send you the wrong part, we will cover all associated shipping costs and provide a full refund for the transaction. However, the product must be returned unused to avoid incurring a 20% restocking fee.
- Incorrect Orders: If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Faulty Product Returns: Should you wish to return an item due to it not functioning properly, and upon inspection, we find that the product is in working condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return.
- Exchanges: We do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you require a different product, you will need to place a new order.
- Condition of Returned Items: We strictly do not accept returns for products that are broken, torn, or damaged.
